Inside the MNDSHFT: Raw conversations stare into the entrepreneur struggle; strength stares back

DATE POSTED:January 15, 2026

A new video series from an acclaimed Kansas City creator dives into the daily routines, mental shifts, and no-BS strategies behind building businesses and lives that matter, said Quincy Lee, emphasizing episodes built to redefine the hustle mindset.

The first three features within the MNDSHFT series premiere today — produced by Social Apex Media and presented by Startland News — showcasing interviews with Bob Kendrick, president of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum (NLBM); George Brooks, co-founder and CEO of Crema; and Wesley Hamilton, founder of the Disabled But Not Really Foundation and INCLŪSIV Wellness Center. Season 1 is expected to include 10 episodes, released weekly.

“While many series focus solely on business growth, MNDSHFT dives deep into the inner world of entrepreneurs,” said Lee, the creative and production force behind the series. “It’s about understanding the psychological and emotional battles that shape success. Through intimate conversations, MNDSHFT reveals the routines, habits, and raw emotions behind entrepreneurial journeys.”

The series is designed for entrepreneurs, aspiring founders, and creatorpreneurs between 21 and 40 who are searching not just for success measured by profits and growth, but for purpose and clarity, Lee said.

“Each episode brings a unique story of overcoming obstacles, sharing wisdom, and reflecting on the profound challenges they’ve faced,” he continued. “From gut-wrenching setbacks to moments of triumph, these conversations are designed to resonate deeply and inspire.”

MNDSHFT came from a place of profound personal crisis, Lee explained.

“When I found myself lost, struggling to find direction, a meaningful experience, an unexpected moment of clarity served as a wake-up call,” he said. “This pivotal experience ignited a journey of introspection, ultimately leading to the creation of MNDSHFT. It’s a series born out of the need for clarity and the desire to help others who feel just as lost.”

Lee encouraged viewers to start with Episode 1 and “let each episode unfold naturally.”

“Our vision is to grow and evolve, connecting with both local and global entrepreneurs, and expanding our reach to creators, artists, and visionaries from all walks of life,” he said. “MNDSHFT is more than a series; it’s a journey of transformation and empowerment.”
