Meet Ashtray. He’s got salt-and-pepper hair, he weighs 1,450 pounds, his favorite treat is probably an apple, and his best friend is Post Malone. The world was introduced to Ashtray in late March, when Paige Horses LLC shared on Facebook that it had recently sold the big fella to the Grapevine native whose driver’s license reads Austin Richard Post. First: Wow, that is a big horse! While we don’t know Ashtray’s precise breed, the folks over at Holler assess that he could be a quarter horse, a breed that tends to range from 950 to 1,200 pounds.
