Texas Monthly Is a Nominee for a 2025 James Beard Media Award for Food Coverage

The James Beard Foundation announced this month that Texas Monthly is one of three nominees for the organization’s award for food coverage in a general-interest publication. The recognition is given to media outlets that exhibit excellence in their breadth and depth of coverage, as well as in their presentation.Judges reviewed works published in 2024. Throughout the year, the Texas Monthly team published a steady stream of memorable stories about the people, places, and meals that shape the state’s culinary world.
