Spend five minutes strolling through towns like Waxahachie, Round Top, or Canton, and you’ll come face-to-face with a true Texas phenomenon: the ubiquitous little boutique exploding with sequined trucker hats, Dolly Parton tanks, and tea towels printed with sassy sayings like “I’m outdoorsy. I drink wine on the porch.” The second you step inside one of these shops, you’re accosted by every shade of pink known to humankind: tea rose, cherry blossom, flamingo, blush, and fuchsia.
