For decades the historic six-acre Green Pastures estate, in South Austin, was known for its eponymous restaurant and sprawling canopy of live oaks. Now it’s also home to a 63-room inn from La Corsha Hospitality Group, who revamped Big Spring’s Hotel Settles and will soon unveil a renovation of the Baker Hotel, in Mineral Wells.
